Samsung's Smart TVs for 2022 feature a new Smart Hub - it will guide users to their favourite content or help them discover something new, spending less time searching.
The Samsung Gaming Hub will enable video game lovers to discover and get into their favourite games faster through game streaming services. Gamers will have access to an extensive library of games through Samsung's partnerships with NVIDIA GeForce Now, Stadia, and Utomik.
The new "Watch Together" app allows users to have video conversations with friends and family while watching their favorite shows and movies.
The TVs feature the NFT platform - an intuitive, integrated platform for discovering, buying, and trading digital artwork.
Smart calibration will allow users to fine-tune settings for optimal picture quality. Basic mode includes a quick and easy way to calibrate screens in under 30 seconds, while Professional mode optimizes screens for flawless picture quality in about 10 minutes.
MICRO LED
According to Samsung, MICRO LED's cutting-edge display will deliver best-in-class picture quality thanks to 25 million micrometer-sized LEDs. At CES 2022, Samsung will showcase MICRO LED in three different sizes - 110", 101", and 89".
MICRO LED will have enhanced usability and customization features such as Art Mode, Multi View, and Dolby Atmos.
Neo QLED
According to Samsung, the 2022 Neo QLED will provide some of the clearest images and most immersive sound pictures possible. It introduces advanced contrast mapping with BLU. That will allow the TV to control its lighting in 16,384 steps, which is four times the previous 4,096 steps. The new Shape Adaptive Light technology uses the Neo Quantum processor to analyze lines, shapes, and surfaces to control the shape of the light from the Quantum Mini LEDs, improving the brightness and accuracy of all screen shapes. The result is exceptional image quality that displays full HDR content. The Samsung 2022 Neo QLED also features Real Depth Enhancer, a picture quality enhancement algorithm with multiple intelligent features.
Additionally, Samsung's 2022 Neo QLED features EyeComfort mode. It will automatically adjust the brightness and tone of the screen based on a built-in light sensor and sunset/ sunrise information. As ambient light changes, the screen gradually reduces the amount of light and offers warmer tones, adjusting blue light levels accordingly. That will allow for more comfortable viewing at night, reducing blue light that can affect sleep quality.
The new Neo QLED will feature powerful upward-facing speakers to create an airy surround sound experience.
Lifestyle TVs
Samsung's 2022 Lifestyle TVs seamlessly combine design and technology to create a unique and personalized experience. In The Frame, The Sero and The Serif, a new matte display with anti-glare, anti-reflective, and anti-fingerprint properties has been applied to provide one of the most enjoyable and comfortable viewing experiences.
The Frame now offers the most realistic experience when viewing art outside of the museum thanks to the panel's anti-glare and low-reflection technology with an embossed, matte display. It also avoids fingerprints and smudges, allowing users to enjoy their favorite artwork in perfect condition. The Frame will be available in sizes from 32" to 85".
The Serif is also available with a matte-finish housing that blends seamlessly with the Matte Display, elevating the iconic design to give the most premium look and feel. With the addition of a 65" size option, The Serif is now available in sizes from 43" to 65".
The Sero offers an optimized viewing experience with its new Matte Display in both vertical and horizontal modes. The new vertical Multi View feature allows users to simultaneously view different content at the top and bottom of the screen or search for information online while watching something.
The 2022 models also come with advanced accessories to personalize the user experience.
